Transform a Corner Shelf to a Corner Cabinet!
I was given this corner shelf and decided it needed something. A door perhaps? I really like how it turned out so follow along and see what happens.
Here is the corner shelf. It does have 4 shelfs, but they are not present in this photo.
I stumbled upon a new to me paint that I was lucky enough to try on this piece. This paint is made in the USA by a Michigan company!
After painting the frame with cream of wheat and the inside with aqua mist, I set to work making a door for the lower section. Using scrap plywood and trim I put together a door. I couldn't just stop at a simple door. I added a design to it using a stencil and spackle. (for more details just visit my blog)
Here is the cabinet now. I just love how it turned out.
