Mexican Sage - Beautiful Autumn Perennial

When we first moved to our house - our garden held many wonderful surprises. I learned a long time ago to wait at least a year before making major changes. This perennial didn't look too impressive. It is planted along the front walk at the street. Dearest wanted to pull it up - I suggested we wait. When September rolled around I was so glad we did. Each plant is filled with these long purple spires that attract bees, butterflies and birds. They flow beautifully in the breeze. Mexican Sage is a fantastic perennial for your garden.
Mexican Sage makes wonderful, long-lasting flower arrangements for your home.

We have about 70 feet where the mexican sage blends with roses and rosemary along the stone wall
