Home Made Chalk Paint on Rescued Dining Table and Goodwill Chairs

I had received a free table from my neighbor and bought some Goodwill Chairs to go with them. I made up a batch of Home Made Chalk paint and got to work.

    I made some chalk paint and read it was supposed to stick to laminate etc but mine does not it will come off like latex why does it not work when the bought stuff does stick to slick surfaces
