Architectural Salvage Wall Hooks
A wonderful piece of architectural salvage makes a great statement on the wall, especially when paired with a set of vintage hooks and an old wooden finial!
I picked up this great piece from a barn sale but it's just been sitting in a pile in my garage. When I found some vintage hooks at another sale, I knew they would be the perfect compliment!
The 2 black hooks flank an old, brown finial. Together, they complete the vintage look and feel of this great architectural find!
I used new black screws to attach the hooks. For the middle hook, I drilled a small hole and screwed the finial into the wood.
The great chippy patina on this piece is all natural. The only change I made to it was to lightly sand off a few paint globs from it's original paint job.
