Contact Paper Chalkboard Hutch

For a while I have had this idea to paint the inside of my vintage hutch with chalkboard paint. But I didn't want it to be permanent. I realized if I put contact paper up first over the glass & then painted with chalkboard paint it wouldn't be-FOREVER.

So that is what I did & you can to, with just about anything! Let the truth be told,

I adore chalkboard piant now,but maybe not in years to come, so this way it's a win win.

If you click the blog link below I give a full tutorial.

    Hi Becky,

There is such a thing but I used regular white contact paper, stuck it right to the glass & then I painted it with chalkboard paint, right on the hutch.

Here is the link to the post if you have any other questions.

    Have a great day,

Thank you Jen. I read that's what you did. I was just letting you know there's another way.
