You had to remind me about the windows. I need to do them at least once a month, between rain showers, dusty roads, a gravel driveway and surrounding trees, dust and muck is always there. The Q-Tip idea is great. I have tried a toothbrush and although it does alright, it doesn't get in the corners well. Would you have a trick for cleaning the screens witthout removing them?

@Dee if you have an air compressor you could spray the screens to clean them, or you could vacuum them. :) I think the most effective way to clean them is to take them off but either of the above will work too.

Thanks Anna. We have double hung windows and it is not easy to get those screens out and they really catch pollen and dust. I'll try the air compressor.
