Anyone know what this weed is called.

It appeared last summer in my flower bed and has moved into my lawn this year. Also any way to get rid of it all?

Mike, I believe you've got chamberbitter, or mimosa weed (Phyllanthus urinaria). HomeTalk contributor and Georgia Gardener Walter Reeves has a post about it on his web site that includes tips on control:

Doug is correct: chamberbitter. Tough to control .....but can be done if my directions are followed for a couple of years.
