I really like this idea. I'm saving it! So clever and welcoming.

I've never seen writing on the door like that - saving too!

Cheri, I clicked over to your blog to find out where you had gotten the Welcome decal. I've been meaning to order one for our front door for a year!

Love the idea! However, as long as the door is not in direct sunlight, will the vinyl letters hold up in this southern heat?

Our front door is not in direct heat, rain etc. We have a front lanai (screened in porch). I know a lot of people put them on their doors that live in areas where it is hot, cold, rainy, snowy. Ours has been on about a year and we deal with extreme heat and humidity in SW Florida and they are still holding up perfectly.
