I turned an old and down right UGLY media cabinet into a new shelving unit for my living room. See the transformation and let me know what you think!!!

That looks great. Did you do anything with the old doors?

@Steve, Funny I also was going to ask about the doors....BUT I want to know about the bottom doors, cause the before pictue doesn't show it having any on the bottom...Also I'm really hoping you saved those beautiful top doors for a special project....

I still have the doors, but not sure what I will be doing with them. Any ideas!!?!?!

Oh, and I had already taken the bottom doors off for the before picture. They came with the cabinet! :)

Actually I was thinking about those doors making a perfect Backpiece for a Mudroom station....with a storarge bench in front for your gloves, Hats and scarves, (plus a place to sit down and take off boots) and some coat hooks mounted on the doors you'd have a great winter set up in no time for the coats, umbrellas and jackets...
