Stair Spindles and Gallery Wall

As much as we walk up and down the stairs, the paint on the spindles was constantly chipping from wear and tear. So I decided to strip the paint and stain the spindles.

    The spindles and frames were stained with Minwax, Jacobean. I love the color! It took a few days for the stain to dry and the house to be completely rid of the smell.

    Brandi, that looks sooooo "professional" - the spindles and then the botanical prints w/the dark frames that echo the spindle color!! Awesome!!
