"31" Thumb Tack Pumpkin
I take carving pumpkins seriously at my house :) Imagine my surprise my first Halloween as an Arizonian and after 3 days my beautifully carved pumpkin was rotting in the desert heat. So when I discover faux pumpkins at Hobby Lobby, I wanted to do cart wheels up and down the aisle.
Start with a blank pumpkin and work your magic with the thumb tacks.
Trace whatever image you want and then start pushing the thumb tacks through. Surprisingly, it was a stress reliever :)
Isn't it so cute? It took me such a short time to finish the pumpkin. And the best part? I can pack it away with my Halloween decor and use it again next year! No rotting this masterpiece!
