I thought my recipe was easy, and it may be even simpler than yours, but it is probably more time-consuming because I cut up a whole lot of vegetables. But then it just add them to spicy v8 juice and I have what I call lazy man's gazpacho. I will have to try your version. Thanks for sharing. -
You're welcome, Steve. My hubby, who loves the heat, adds Tabasco to his. I can't take any heat. :)
