Any Ideas on who to contact to fix 2 dimplex electric fireplaces ???

I have 2 now . My Dad gave me one and it quit after a year . I then bought one and it didn't even make one winter season . I hear this is common . I went with The Dimplex for energy savings . I get no where with customer service , in fact I think it is a faux number . If you were me , where would you take these locally and not pay an arm or a leg ???

Find an electrical contractor to look at them for you. If its an electrical issue, they would be who I would send them to. Also your not really saving all that much money, Electrical costs can add up fast.

Hey , Thanks for the response . Out of all of these electric stoves I was told that Dimplex was the most efficient . This could be wrong . I will look into a contractor and see what they charge . I know I can get parts , interestingly there are pages and pages of Dimplex parts online >Clue to longevity , I think Yes .
