Cheap Upcycled Faux Rusty Metal Felt Christmas Tree Ornaments
While browsing Christmas decorations at the local Menard's last week, I saw these red felt moose clothespin ornaments for $2.99. I thought they would be perfect "Up North" Christmas decor with a rustic makeover.
First I taped off the clothespins with bits of masking tape.
Next I stippled on black paint.
I also added gray and orange paint.
I sprinkled them with cinnamon.
Then stippled with white paint. I also stained the clothes pins with a homemade stain.
Can you believe these are the ornaments I purchased for $2.99?
