I Turned a Tire into an Ottoman!

I can't stop smiling! Everytime I walk pass my sunroom I want to pat myself on the back. I've been wanting a round ottoman forever. So I got a tire and made one! Take a look at all the before and after pics and the how-to here: http://www.thatwasawhat.blogspot.com/

Hey Nikki! Gurl what a great idea... I love it! How does one go about taking a peek at the how tos? Have you done them with fabric coverings? Such a clever idea! My son has some of those thin smaller rimmed tires that are now bald and taking up my valuable garage space... Looks like others are adding an email, so here goes vb_stroud@yahoo.com sure hope I don't get blasted with a bunch of spam :)

Denise, Karen, Sue, Anne, Vivian, Leslee, Vickie, Peggy, Sandra, Veronica, and Miss Charming please email me your request to happytires@homeattire.net. I'm having trouble capturing your emails. I think there may be a glitch with this post because of all the comments (complimenting glitch to have, I guess!). The words I'm typing aren't even showing up right now! (FYI: I have the instructions in an ebook on ...»
Amazon at http://www.amazon.com/Turn-Fabulous--A-Kind-... and on Lulu at http://www.lulu.com/shop/home-attire/how-to-...). The instructions are as clear as I could write them and have worked for several people, but if you're not comfortable with directions that allow you to make your own crafty tweaks and creative interpretations along the way, they may not be for you. ~Nikki
