    i have used scrapbooking for wallpaper.only doing two walls and all intricate and moving pics. and designs.

    walboarding...take 12x12 scrapbooking squares..paste on to barren wall..different designs, can use border or buttons and tacks. Rubber cement seems to work best. turns a barren wall in to a collage of beautiful colors and scenes.
