Classic AK kitchen! How did the school find them? Or vice versa.. -
A gentleman who lived by the showroom came in one day inquiring what we did with cabinets that we pulled out of houses we were remodeling. His son was a coach at a Christian college in TN and needed cabinets for the new athletic center and the athlete's dorm. We contacted him and he brought down a trailer to collect the cabinets. He did this 3 times to be exact leaving a donation receipt for the home owner each time. -

Now this is one kitchen that looks better with stained cabinets. Love the warm colors. All the details are so pretty. Nice story about the coach. When I watch HGTV and they take an axe to the cabinets, I always cringe because some of them could be saved, refinished and used where there's a need. Nice that y'all came thru for him. -
I AGREE, DONNA! SO NICE TO SEE CUPBOARDS CHANGED ''FROM'' WHITE RATHER THAN ''TO''! MINE ARE A SIMILAR COLOR IN A SIMPLER DESIGN BECAUSE IT IS VERY SMALL! -
