concrete stamp with broom finishing in some areas

the home owener did the breaking and haul away the concrete and have uis come and pour the patio togrther with driveway .Patio was stamp with color and driveway was broom finish..
Advice:
my experiance was that we have a good friendship with this homeowener cos we had work with him before and wanted us back with some more work

he does good work - mostly. did our driveway but did not seal the bricks. they are red but because they apparently were not sealed - they have all turned white. I call him repeatedly and he will not return calls. VERY poor customer service.
