Princess Garden Girls Bedroom

I foe painted the walls and ceiling. Made towers from existing windows and plywood cornices. I bought a cabinet from a garage sale and foe painted it to match the theme.
*Project Steps:
First we paint the base coat. The ceiling color (mimicking the sky) comes ¾ ways down the wall. The second color sets behind the horizon. Now it's time for creativity. The tree leaves are done with a stamp and a tri color paint technique. The flowers, leaves, animals and bird houses are done in a double loaded brush technique. The castle towers are done with foe painting plus window cornices to give a 3D effect. Lots of fabric makes the room whimsical and fairytale like. I bought and foe painted a cabinet from a garage sale and a rolling bed table from Ikea clearance section. This room is perfect but I'm dreading the day when my daughter wants a teen room, after all the hours of painting.
Advice:
Painting is always fun and you can get very creative. I think it makes the most dramatic change. Look for idea books at Michele's and Hobby Lobby or foe wall samples at Home Depot or Lowes.
