upkeep of exterior of home

lots of bug spray - good surdy ladders
Advice:
2 men to handle high ladders - pressure treated lumber - drop cloths on bushes etc

re did sides of dormers
39 ft high chimney chase
both sides of chase done
use flashing on sides of dormers where siding meets roof line
keep some of your paint for future reference
use sturdy ladders

I love hardi-board. Genius invention, made with cement.

We had a Drywall Company, my husband always stated watch out for vinyl siding over old siding....there is no doubt a problem or why would they vinyl side......
