Fixing my kitchen drawers

Almost all of the drawers in my kitchen constantly fall off the track.
*Options I considered for this project:
I am still trying to figure out how to fix it. I think the cabinet walls have spread apart over the years and thats why it keeps falling off the track. I will first try to arise the track from the wall using some washers or perhaps a nut.
*Questions and unexpected events that arose during the project:
one of the old screws holding the track in place cracked in half. I had to drill a new hole. It took an extra 5 minutes.
*My motivation to do this project:
I had enough of forcing the drawers back on the track.
*Project Steps:
I realized that the track of the drawer beneath this one is raised off the wall. This probably was never done right and the walls were too wide. It seems if i raise the track about a quarter of an inch off the wall it should stay on track. When i have some time i have to pick up some of those things (either a nut, bolt or a washer:)? I can never remember what they are called. It should be fun trying to explain that to the guy in my hardware store.
Advice:
dont push it off.
make sure this is the right solution. for me, it was.
