*Options I considered for this project:
Painting the entire room a bright color.
*My motivation to do this project:
It was dark and gloomy. This room needed more light and color.
*Project Steps:
I opened up the room by taking out a window that was covered by panelling. After removing the window I repainted using left over paint from various projects. I made the shelf from scrap wood pieces

I think your wall actually turned out nicer than your inspiration page!!

Love that door , I would have put mirror squares in the door facing the light so its gonna reflect the light. Love the color you used its my fave .I used it in my family room an i hope to put some nice crown molding up soon
