Unique attic build out
custom home builder wanted to build out his attic for his two grand childrens visits.
by removeing the attic door and incorporating existing trim feature it felt as a natural flow and feel.
*Options I considered for this project:
the introduction of colars was a nice home owner touch. notice the window at the top of the stairs , it's jamb is flaired in order to pull the sun light into the stair well.
*My motivation to do this project:
T.C.S. enjoys the chalange of new design ideas. this job has several elements.

Man thats nice. I have a house from 1940s and have been tinking about all the lost space in my attic. Now i'm heading up there with a tape and your ideas in my head. :)
