CEILING FAN IN MASTER BEDROOM

Installing a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, this should be something all builder's put in everyroom.
*Options I considered for this project:
I knew this was a job I could handle since I've do this before.
*Questions and unexpected events that arose during the project:
I should have had someone in the house to assist with installation, this would make things much easier. As far as holding the left side while I handle the right, etc.
*My motivation to do this project:
For some reason a ceiling fan was not in the bedroom, and this is something that I immediately had to install. A Ceiling fan is a must have in the bedroom, I know no other way.
*Project Steps:
Choose the right ceiling fan. Make sure power is off at main box. disconnect wires, mount the bracket, attach wires by standard color system, keep all extra wires out the way, attach the fan fan motor to the bracket with screw, turn off the power, put on motor cover, attach each fan blade, mount blade to fan motor, turn power on test fan, look for wobbling or noise, Fan is up and running.
Advice:
If either the wall switch or fan pull-cord is off when you test the fan, you might mistakenly think there's an electrical problem when there isn't.
Materials:
Electric screwdriver - $100.00
Ceiling - $220.00

I want and need to do this. I already have the fan & tools. Are the wires color coded?

I agree about a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine is right over my bed and I love it. I have hung 5, when I moved in with my guy they only had center lights in the bedrooms I replaced three with fans with lights, Then have one in dining room and also over kitchen table. We don't have central air so the fans really help.
