10x33 Screen porch
Porch added to small cabin. Most in this RV park have some type of screen porch.
*Options I considered for this project:
There are 2 added fans and 2 switches 1 outlet wired into the porch.
*Questions and unexpected events that arose during the project:
None
* Cost Comments:
e.g. cost per square foot, per square inch
*My motivation to do this project:
This couple move from Atlanta to Helen and wanted a cabin no a RV.
*Project Steps:
1 Summited Prints to local code office and got permit.
2 built out deck.
3 Added roof
4 Added the electrical
5 Installed fans
Advice:
Always check with local code office before you start a job. Most over $2500 will require a permit.

i like your projects, would also like to know about screen in gabezos, and maybe a door or two and close off the othere four sizes of area. willing to add picture soon. thank you.
