Mirror for the bathroom

Adding a Mirror Above the New Vanity
*Options I considered for this project:
I originally wanted to frame the old mirror with a beaded wooden slat. I ended up having to cut the mirror by two inches, in order to get it to fit with the new vanity. When I did this, I broke the mirror, and had to start all over with a new idea.
*Questions and unexpected events that arose during the project:
The mirror was stuck on to the wall extremely weel, and I did not know an easy way to remove it. I thought I had it coming off pretty easily, when I realized I was taking part of the wall off with it. I had big tears in the wall where the mirror's glue once was.
* Cost Comments:
This was very easy to hang, once I had it centered and level.
*My motivation to do this project:
I accidentally broke the other mirror during the installation of the new sink and vanity. Whooops!
*Project Steps:
I had to sand down the tears and plaster over them in order to even the wall. After that was done, I had to buy an eintirely new mirror to replace the broken one.
Advice:
Read up on mirror removal before you start trying to pull one off the wall. Always be prepared for the unexpected: mirror being longer than it should, mirror breaking, etc.
Materials:
mirrored medicine cabinent - $175.00
Tears made by removal of the old mirror
Finally! A mirror on the wall!
The after shot
Extra storage!
Sanding the tears and plaster.

I have spent hours online looking for this type of mirrored medicine cabinet. Can you tell me who the manufacturer is and where you purchased it? I'm glad I saw your post about the glue and the wall surface pulling off....hopefully, I can avoid this when I renovate our bathroom by using your great suggestions. Great tips...thanks!
