Basement Design
Space planning for an unfinished basement, design of wetbar, game room, activity room and home theatre.
* Cost Comments:
The basement is 1600SF. I have drawn a schematic plan based on the clients requirements. This is just a proposed plan. I will be doing various configuration sbased on the owners taste and dislikes.
*My motivation to do this project:
A friend of mine introduced me to a couple who were looking at refinishing their basement. I had recently completed schematics for my brother's basement and was excited to start another project. The project is in VA so i will be dealing with only the design part of the project.
Advice:
Interview and ask around for capable contractors. Make sure you specify your time line for the project.
