Wallpaper & trim Repair

by Ayanna George
Removing wall paper that was installed incorrectly and repairing wood trim or replacing trim altogether if needed. Repairing wall to receive new paint.
Before -Why I need to repair this area before Thanksgiving. Seams coming apart from each other right at the top of the door way.
Before Reason #2- Bubbles in wall paper- they are over lapped and NOT INSTALLED properly.
Before Reason #3 Crown moulding is really base boards turned upside down. I want to install Crown Moulding properly. Without nail holes.
Before Reason # I lost count- Wood trim was taken off the wall to install the wallpaper when the door trim was re-installed it now looks like this. I have no clue how to repair or if its better to just buy new.
Before- ALL Corners look HORRIBLE!! I just took a picture of one to show an example of how bad it looks at first.
Using AutoCAD to calculate materials and to gain an idea of what the end result will be.
The adhesive was really heavy on one side the other side come off very smooth.
Door trim- I am going to take the time and spray insulation at the entry door.
The Color- It reminds me of Red Wine. Not my favorite drink but love the color.
First paint roll- its rolling on smooth second coat will be needed.
First walls completed
Finished first coat of paint. It went on better than what I thought it would. Second coat will be needed just to touch up some of the lighter areas. But over all very happy.
Materials needed to sand the wall and paint.
