Basic builder kitchen taken back a few years with painted cabinets in historical colors and the addition of vintage accessories.
Painted and distressed grey lower cabinets, stained walnut upper and black upper cabinets. Repurposed wood trim used to give the impression of a farmhouse sink.

    Would white vintage look white cupboards look ok with off white walls?

    @Anita D how did you hang the sink skirt? I am having a hard time finding a good description on how to make it look so clean-lined (most DIY instructions I've found so far are for pedestal bathroom sinks) and the ideas I'm coming up with either don't seem easy-to-remove-for-cleaning, will probably fall down if I run into them (a la spring-loaded curtain rod), or stick out and have the potential to snag me (I'm not the most graceful person - bare floors trip me)...
