Basement Waterproofing

The original builder of the home did not install the French drains properly. Also he did not water proof the foundation wall according to code. Our firm was called in by the insurance company to stop water from entering the basement. As seen by photos there is a great deal that goes into keeping water out of a basement with a high water table. Once we stopped water from entering the basement we started a relatively large mold remediation and encapsulation project at the home. All went well.
Start of excavation

that's why you're a roofer,,, waterproofers use miradrain ( or approved equal products ),,, tar is NEVER used &, due to its properties, MUST be applied HOT therefore its NEVER used on vertical surfaces,,, see no filter fabric OR cleanouts, either
