Rustic, Reclaimed Hall Tree

When I dragged this piece of corrugated tin home from the side of the road I definitely got the eye roll from the husband. He has learned better than to say anything, but his non-verbal cues said it all, "How long until I haul that to the dump? You will never use that!" It didn't take long for me to come up with an idea--a rustic hall tree!
I used reclaimed barn wood and sandwiched the corrugated metal along the sides in between the wood..
I then built a rustic, primitive table with only front legs to attach to the tin back. The bottom shelf is perfect for baskets for shoes or mittens.
I added a mirror that I framed out in barn wood.
Some rusty hooks are the perfect place to hang coats, purses, keys, and umbrellas.
Even hubby was impressed I had found a use and so quickly for my roadside find.
