Garage Addition Braintee,Mass
This is a garage addition I did working for a company many years ago I just thougt I would throw it out there all the interior trim doors tile work where done by me and the crew they gave me to work with also striped the existing siding and re installed new red cedar clap boards and painted the whole exterior this is the work I enjoy doing the most start to finish

These garage makovers are interesting. We have a two-car garage and yrs ago looked into making half of it a playroom or storage room., but the city bldg code would not permit it.I know things are a lot different in FL and in the north, having lived in both places.We have a detached, single family home, but the 'gated communities' here are like condo minium communities and the board of directors of each community generally does not allow for adding square feet 'under a/c'- in other words, we could add a patio or deck, but not an interior room that wasn't included in the total sq feet when the permit was initially issued at the time the house was built. I wish it were different!!!! we'd LOVE an extra room in our garage!We'd never do it without a permit, as we couldn't get our homeowner's ins. to cover the room if it was unreported.(not to say that isn't done, we're just not big risk-takers)...You never have these issues in MA?

Nice work! When I saw the name of the town, I HAD to reply! My father is from Braintree, MA, grew up on Liberty St., you don't see that town mentioned much.
