Opening with slider removed will be raised up to match two new 1 3/4" x 16' LVL beams to be installed
2x6 floor framing over existing 2x10 existing deck framing
exist opening with windows and slider removed will be removing existing framing and header to install two 1 3/4" x 16" LVL's

You see those 2x's leaning back towards the the header over the interior windows and slider that is load bearing is why where installing 16" LVL's
Oh ya in the attic checking out the framing always a good idea to make sure what type of load you are carring

    That is going to be a very nice addition.
  • Existing closed in porch which we will be turning into living space removing existing storm door and aluminum panels framing new wall lto accept two existing windows and slider which are on the interior wall opening up interior wall to approx 13'-6" which we will be installing two 1 3/4 x 16" LVL'S to carry the load framing new floor to be level with existing sub floor and installing new hardwood flooring to match existing
