It's always good to plan ahead, just in case Halloween brings a gushing river of blood into your living room, the devil blasts all the windows out of your home, or a large group of singing, dancing zombies destroy your front entry door.
Having the right insurance helps.
I wonder if there's a policy covering accidentally building your home on unmarked burial ground. That would have been the perfect insurance coverage for that nice family in Poltergeist -- as long as it covered relocation of all those pesky coffins.
