You need to find the source of the odor. What is it? Do you have carpet? Basement or crawl under house? What about duct system if you have a air conditioning system. Being in TX perhaps your swamp cooler needs to be cleaned. It will build up all sorts of fungus that can cause odors if its not
You can look into Ozone treatments. We do them for folks who have found the source and fixed it. The Ozone removes the odors that have become trapped in the other objects such as carpet walls, insulation, as well as fabrics on chairs, walls etc.
But Ozone is not expected to be a long term solution. You must find the source and remove it.
