Home Sweet Home Wood Slice

I had a 50% off coupon and Michael's and this wood slice was calling my name. I didn't know exactly what to do with it so it sat in my office for about a week before inspiration struck. I opted to use paint and vinyl to create a neutral piece of rustic art for my living room.
I used my favorite crafting tool, a Silhouette, to cut a stencil. Then I painted over it and added silver glitter vinyl.

You can get all the details, including tips on how to use this stencil on my blog.
This piece is on my mantle for now, but soon will be part of a new gallery wall in my front hallway.
