Circle Skirt Lamp Shade

I found some really old and ugly wooden lamps at a yard sale. I was browsing through some blogs one day and saw a tutorial on how to make a circle skirt. So, I thought I'd try and see what it would look if I made some circle skirts for my ugly lamps.

What do yall think?

I think your lamp looks better than the before....although the fabric choice would not have been my choice but thats what makes us all individuals!!! I think you did a very nice job!!!

You're probably in the majority, Peggy. But every time I walk into my living room, It looks cool and funky to me! Something to liven up the more traditional elements in that room!
