Bad stain job
I was asked by a contractor to fix this issue so the punch list was finished off.
The stain failed that was applied by the finishers.
I was not able to grind down or use any large amounts of water. in this cast a good scuff down with sander and wiped with alcohol and microfiber sweeper was used.
I applied H & C concrete stain. in 3 colors to give it a brown stone faux finish.
