Combine a Cabinet Door and a Mason Jar for a Fun Wall Vase

During a recent trip to a thrift store I picked up 4 matching cabinet doors. They were natural, unfinished wood and in great condition. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with them, but it wasn't long before I decided to make them into wall vases.
I painted three coats of a creamy white interior satin paint on each door and lightly distressed them.
then I screwed a metal pipe clamp to the painted door with the clasp facing outward
I loosened the clasp with a screwdriver enough to insert the mouth of a mason jar into it and then tightened it enough to hold the jar securely in place.
the metal pipe clamps can be purchased at any home improvement / hardware store in the plumbing department. They come in various diameters.
You can alter this project to your liking by using a different jar or piece for the back.
