How to add legs to 1930's dressing table
-
Liliana Wells on Nov 01, 2014Do you have any pictures of the dressing table? As a first thought, I would suggest you go to Home Depot. They have finished wood pieces that you can adept to use as legs. Then paint or stain. But a picture would generate more answers from more experienced HomeTalkers. Good luck.Helpful Reply

Jeanette S on Nov 03, 2014Yep...need a photo. Legs go on in different ways. There are ways to cut at just the right place and with double ended screws (I have no idea what they are actually called), you can put on extensions. But this would be precise work!Helpful Reply

Jill Feigelman on Nov 03, 2014A picture would really help (as others have said)! However in the meantime you can check out this how-to from @Dena Stormer on adding legs to a dresser. http://www.hometalk.com/diy/-4109183Helpful Reply
