We've had a lot of skippers, many flying everywhere, they're very small, they look like a folded paper air plane.

I lov e humingbirds & have been trying to attract them! I had them 18 years ago when I lived in a county farther west of Chicago. I researched their migration habits, & I'm hoping that the Trumpet Vine I have growing over the shed will draw them in. I read that they have a habit of traveling outside their usual feeding grounds in the search of new food supplies. They fly about the height of a house. I'm hoping they find my garden next summer, they are truely fascinatinf creatures, & I have many plants for them in my garden!
