Give Thanks - A Thanksgiving Mantel

Easy
Thanksgiving season makes me think of abundance. So I've decorated our mantel with abundance in mind.
Several years ago, I bought this needlepoint cornucopia at an estate sale. I never like to see something somebody put so much effort into not being used. I've made this needlework the centerpiece of our Thanksgiving mantel this year.
Cornucopias on each end of the mantel mimic the needlework in the center of the mantel. This wire cornucopia belonged to my Mother, and I try to use it some place in our home every Thanksgiving.
The Fall Welcome banner was a gift from my daughter for my birthday about 10 years ago. I always use it on the mantel during the Fall season. A bag of leaves in the fire box adds color when the fireplace is not in use. Feathers, twigs, and pumpkins decorate the hearth.
