Fall Figs & A Tea Towel to Make...A favorite painting and an iron-on transfer create a fall-inspired tea towel

I love fresh figs and was inspired by my seasonal favorites to create a tea towel! Gotta love the painting by Giovanna Garzoni from 1662...one of the first women to paint still lifes! The graphic can be found on my blog.

What I wouldn't give for fresh figs! We had a fig tree when I was growing up and I would eat them until my stomach complained and once it settled, would do it all again!
