My entry hall and stairs

My entry hall and stairs were blah, boring, beige. I took the nasty dirty carpet off the stairs and gave everything a fresh coat of bright white paint. It's much lighter and more welcoming now.

I'm pretty much always for tearing out carpet. This looks nice. And what's the story behind "Dogs Don't Eat Pizza."

Thanks! The story behind the name is that my yellow lab (in my picture) always begs for pizza when we eat it for dinner (which is fairly often, with two kids and a husband who loves pizza). After 11+ years, I still have to tell her, "Bear, dogs don't eat pizza." It's such an integral part of my life, I thought it was a great name for my blog about what's going on in my life and our home. Also, it's kind of funny and mysterious.
