Wauwatosa Front Entry

Creating curb appeal with an updated front entry and landscaping is one of the best returns on investment that you can make. Our Wauwatosa client decided it was time to update their front entry and yard to create a "wow" factor. The result is amazing, especially at night!
A view of the new front entry at night!
A daytime view of the front entry. Very bright and striking.
A before picture of the old entry with aging columns and rotting wood.
A view of the red front door and matching ceiling. From an angle you can see the dimension of the woodwork.
A closer view of the front entry with the white painted wood columns and wood molding as accents. Two front lights also match the style of the home. A Simpson Colonial 6-panel door with storm was used.
A close-up of the red ceiling and detailed woodwork. The woodwork looks great against the cream city brick.
A red front door adds the contrast needed for proper curb appeal.

Very nice job on the front entry. One thing though. After all the money and effort, why stop by putting a small piece of stone as a step in front of the landing? Personally think this "step" should be at least half the depth of the landing and run the full width (if not more) of the landing, and be finished in similar manner. This would also accommodate a couple of black urns on either side to complement the black light fixtures and further enhance the entry.
