A magazine rack is one of the best ideas/solutions. Having had 4 sons and Dear Hubs there always was one or two left on the floor or the back of the toilet-gross!! -
I have an old canvas rice bag (we eat a lot of rice) hanging above the toilet. The built-in rack is a way better idea. Nice. -
Off topic even though I love the storage ideas...what is this paint color?! It's perfect for what I want it for! -
Great Work Hamtil. loving the Mag rack! -
Candice, it's a Behr color DC4A-80-2, "timeless tales". -
Thank you!!! -
Looking good! I like the lighting and color. I wish I had a bathroom this size. -
Yea Hamtil Constr! I've been cutting out drywall and installing shelves (and the TP holder) for years to save floor and elbow space. Glad to see you do it with great style. -
Love the colour. It would fit in well w/our colours--whites, aquas, & blues (def. a wonderfully beachy- feel to our place.). TY for posting the info. :) -
I love the linen idea great! -
I wish i could do this for my tiny apt. but I can't make any structural changes ... Any helpful Ideas ? -
Amanda, which aspects in particular would you want to incorporate? -
I'm licking that linen cabinet idea. -
My mom's house has a magazine rack like that on the back of her bathroom door and have never seen another house with one. Always thought that was a neat idea. Your storage areas are neat and simple and just flow with the room. -
The colors are very spa like, I think ocean and beach when I see it! yum -
This is one of the best bathroom storage ideas I have seen yet, thanks for sharing. -
Thank you Donna A! I'm glad so many have found it helpful. -
I want my hubby make a storage area, similiar to your linen area, in the lundry room/ 1/2 bath for the mops, brooms and such. Do you have a tutorial? -
Hi Kelly S, no tutorial as of now. I could offer some tips or steps to follow if you want to message me. Essentially, it is a 3/4" birch plywood box with 3 fixed shelves routed into it. The fixed shelves have a nosing applied to the front of them. Under the lower shelf, we installed drawer glides and built a drawer to fit inside. The decorative drawer front was ordered from WW Wood Products in Missouri, and applied to the drawer ...» -
It sure does. I'm trying to take advantage of the stud cavity for the cleaning gear. I saw one premade years ago but haven't found any recently. This would also work for the ironing board storage in my craft room. Thanks for your help.
