But what does the fabric feel like after it is painted? Is it scratchy? Is it comfortable to sit on, lounge on, watch tv or read a book? Basically, will it be comfortable to LIVE on? Or is it more for looks??

I have a fake leather couch, that it is slowing starting to peel. Would chalk paint work on this kind of material?

I read an earlier blog that said you have to treat the peeling before you paint. It referenced You Tube for instructions on how to treat the peeling. Hope this helps!

There's no way the paint will come off on clothing. I had never heard of painting furniture fabric. Your end result is stunning.
