I had a problem with sliding doors, dragging and read someplace to use a candle on the track. I did that and now I have to hold on to it because it goes by itself.

I've seen the heavier ones fall out of the track because the wood underneath failed. I bought a half inch by half inch strip of wood and under scored the metal runners to stay level. It worked. Now my patio screens were turned in to the management for refurbishing and that was two months ago. There are specialists who do this, I found a place in Corpus Christi and had a few screens rehabbed.
