My Week in the great outdoors

The Blue Daze has been sparkling this week. A customer complimented my manicure. Grubs and Snakes and some not so clever cleverness. Some quick quiet moments and underneath the frog.
Evovulous 'Blue Daze'
My manicure
I don't know which is grubbier, my hand or the grubs!
My husband thinks I should learn to wear gloves when weeding. hmm....
And the sun still rises, even if I only get to see it in my rear view!( I am sure that is somehow sadly poetic, but I am just not clever enough to put it together)
bottoms up frog (as viewed from the other side of the window where he stuck himself)

4 Season, funny, you've been using the same method as I re: fingernails. However, I have found handlotion squeezed under the nail, followed by cleaning w/a nail file will do it too. Took me a long while to learn this; thank God I did. My nails use to look ratty before, but I didn't give up gardening.........just kept looking for the answer.

I hate snakes! I recently moved, and the shed I will be using for my wood shop/gardening shed, has a lot of cleaning to be done before I can set it up. I so far, have come across two snake skins. I screamed at them, but they didn't move! If there had been a body in them, I would have run the other way. Will definately be distributing moth balls all around the shed and a few inside as well.
