Everyone loves nostalgia at Christmas. Decorating your home with vintage Christmas items can really bring that "Old Fashioned" feeling into play during the holidays. Play some Bing Crosby and you are all set to enjoy a relaxing, vintage style Christmas!
Vintage Christmas cards can be creatively displayed by hanging them around a window with garland and clothespins.
I love my collection of vintage Christmas dishes like this Santa pitcher. I also have a bunch of vintage winking Santa mugs to go along with it. Every years the set gets displayed on a hutch in my kitchen nestled among some of my favorite dishes.
Create a vintage inspired Christmas tablescape. Start out with a vintage tablecloth and set the table with vintage dishes (if you are lucky enough to have some) or use your everyday dishes.
Tuck in a couple of vintage Christmas salt and pepper shakers.
Vintage lighted blow mold figures just scream Vintage Christmas to me. I found this guy for a couple of bucks at a local thrift shop.
Vintage Christmas ornaments can be found rather easily. These vintage non breakable ornaments, still in their boxes would look great set on a shelf or table. Glass ornaments can be placed in glass containers with some fake snow.
I love working with vintage book pages. This vintage inspired Christmas wreath was created out of old book pages, a Merry Christmas glittered die cut and a vintage ornament.
Vintage figurines like these cute mice can be placed on shelves or tables for a nostalgic touch.
Vintage Christmas décor can be found at yard sales, thrift shops, flea markets or even in Grandma's attic. The internet is also a great place to start shopping for Vintage Christmas finds and you don't have to go out in the cold!
